Guest List Coordinator

Sorting through Artist contracts and assigning the correct amount and type of guest passes to their profiles.
Reaching out to agents and managers to handle any issues.
Sending of invitations to the guest list portal.
Organising sensitive data in excel sheets to highlight important information.

This job was supposed to be an on site job in Saudi Arabia that I ended up having to do remotely due to catching Covid the day of flying out. I still ensured all my tasks were completed and kept up a good communication between the guest list team overseas and artist teams in my time zone.
