Assistant Site Manager / Trader Coordinator

After volunteering at Teddy Rocks in 2018, I started working as an Assistant Site Manager in 2019.
In this role I handle all the traders - food and goods - at the festival (checking, placement, checkup, checkout and money collection) as well as assist the venue manager at the walk throughs during the build up stage, take notes of things that need to be fixed and help out where needed.
During the event, I'm always on call in case any problems occur with the traders that need solutions, and help out if there's an extra hand needed (e.g clearing out areas for fire shows, organising extra security if needed,...).
After the event I help the site manager coordinate the clean up and support where needed.
